Hehehe

On a light note: I have to post here my reply to the queston: "You've jsut written a hit musical! How do you keep the fame from getting to your head?"

My reply:

To avoid fame going to my head, I'd cover it in tinfoil. Really, fame can't be all that different from harmful radiation, right?

^_^ Typical me, ne?

-_-

Okay... I'm ticked off.

In the past few days alone, my grandmother has:

-Insulted my choice of clothing
-Insulted my choice of jewelry
-Criticized my pyramids
-Deliberately insunuated that I'm not Christian
-Insulted my mom for things she can't control about my brothers
-Insulted my brothers for things they can't control about themselves

The third and fourth irk me the most, the fourh especially. She was telling me "Up here only satanists wear those dog collars" in referance to my pyramids, and 'dog collar' was said in the most sneering tone i think she can muster, as if implying that i was a dog.

GEESH! I can hardly stand her sometimes!! I, however, REFUSE to change. I'm wearing my Pyramids, necklaces and heavy eyeliner EVERY SINGLE KUSO DAY. Normally I'm not one to spite people, but she has earned herself an exception...

And I hope she isn't somehow reading this -_-¿

Oh well. Frankly, I don't care right now. Nothing is good enough for her, so I don't care.

Anyway... On an attempt at a happier note:

I have my definate schedule!

Semester 1:

Computer Technology I
English II
Advanced Algebra II
Physical Science

Semester 2:

Computer Technology II
Painting/Ceramics
Advanced Algebra III
Economics/Gov't

So yeah. The Computer Tech is essentailly a programming class, it's cool. Alg. II is okay, but I'm almost totally lost what with the Polar graph and the Tn=etc... But it's all good. Lee-- Isn't the bead teacher at Stone VanDyke? If it is, I hope you're reading this, I think you'll find it amusing. My Alg. III teacher is a man named Mr. VanDyke. ^_^¿

Anyway... I'm getting a total of 8 credits this year of out 27. required to graduate. TWENTY SEVEN!!!! *sigh* in any case...

I miss everyone in MD so much it's scary. *sniffle* I MISS U I MISS U I MISS U!!!!!!

O.o;;

NET TIME! YAY!!!!

Er... Yeah... Anyway...

Not too much news. I start school tomorrow... I'll have four classes a day for a semester, then another four classes the next semester. So thats eight classes/credits per school year. *sigh* but it's 80 minutes a class!! *sigh* Alas.........earwax...... Lol, anyway... Nana is getting on my nerves. You see, my brother has a disability which shortens his attention span, makes him socially inept, and has a number of other effects on him and those around him. Nana is constantly berating my mom for 'babying' him (Helping him) through this, and she's always berating mom for 'babying' my other brother, who is slightly behind the rest of those in his age group due to illness at a young age and moronic speech therapists who didn't realize that he was deaf. So anyway.. It's ticking me off. >.<

I'm really truely fearing living in uch close proximity to these relatives, i mean, i love them and all, but they're... Well... read previous posts to get a general idea...

On a happier note: They get satellite TV, which means Beyblade at both 7AM AND 10:30PM. As well as Degrassi and DARIA!! *cheers* Daria totally rocks. Yup yup yup. And that one friend of hers is cool too. Qunn and Brittany are hilarious. ^_^ So i watched TWO CONSECUTIVE EPISODES of Daria last night... Yup... Anyway... I amused myself. So yeah. I have yet to see Tala in the show though!!!!!!!!!! Oh well. G-Rev starts this coming saturday ^_^ Although... THEY DONT GET THE CHANNEL THAT YUGIOH COMES ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *sob* I'm sad. The Season Premiere was this past weekend... and I missed it.... *sniff* *sigh*

Anyway... so there are the usual ups and downs of life... Mostly downs it seems... but the usual. I'll get over it. Or I hope I will. Those of you I ahven't called yet, I'm SOOOOO sorry! But until we get a phone line of our own, All I have is dial-up net (on the same line as the fone) and the normal, costly long-distance. So... GOMENASI!!!!!!!!!!!! I'll talk 2 ya/write ya/etc. ASAP! (After September, April possibly) Lol. Those of you I don't ahve your snail-mail (or if ur not sure) please e-mail it to me, I'll try and get on soon to check it. Anyway. Yeah.

Peace, love, and Tala's Hair!

WAIII!!!!!!!

Okay, who has heard the song Chapter Four by Avenged Sevenfold? We found the 'hidden' meaning, we bein Ashley nad myself. If you have a Bible nearby, go look in Genesis. Chapter four. See? Now look at the lyrics. Get it? Now... For those who do not have a Bible nearby, I'll explain. Genesis, Chapter 4 is the story of Cain and Abel. Genesis, 4:10 is about the exact predecessor to the last lyrics of the song.

Genesis 4:24 - If Cain shall be avenged sevenfold, then Lamech seventy seven fold.

Also:

Metallica - Creeping Death : The story of the Tenth Plague on the Egyptians, the killing of the first born. Creeping Death is the angel of death, who killed the firstborn.

Metallica - Holier than Thou : Quotes from Matthew Chapter 7

And thus... You can find Biblical meanings in even metal songs ^_^\/
